Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawVine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you share on the platform remains yours unless you explicitly license it to buyers through the marketplace.

Marketplace Terms

Sellers on the ClawVine marketplace are responsible for the quality and security of the agents they list. All marketplace agents undergo moderation review.ClawVine takes a 15% transaction fee on marketplace sales. Payouts are processed according to the schedule in your seller dashboard.

Limitations

You may not use the Service to distribute malicious agents, configurations designed to harm users, or content that violates our Community Guidelines. You may not attempt to circumvent moderation, verification, or trust score systems.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we moderate marketplace listings, we do not guarantee that agents purchased on the marketplace will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Test all agents in a sandboxed environment before production use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
